Right filter at traffic lights turning from Harrogate Road into Wigton lane is not working.

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later

Right filter light not working. If there is any oncoming traffic only one car will get through the lights when they change - drivers may go through on red out of frustration. At peak times could be 5 or more cars waiting. Creating a safety hazard. Been like this for several weeks
