Tree is rotten with Fugus and needs removing and replacing

This old tree outside 48 Eden Way is riddled with rot and honey fungus. This tree requires removing and replacing. It is interfering with kerb stones pushing them into the road. The rot has been been extending over 6 years It has not been pruned and is interfering with light to houses and telephone lines. This old tree needs replacing with a sustainable one that attracts birds and bees.
