Overgrown Thorny Hedges (again)

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 07:55, Tue 26 November 2013

Sent to Leeds City Council 5 minutes later

The property has 12 foot high hedges that are thorny. The hedges have encroached on the footpath to such a degree that only one person can pass at a time. The thorns are sharp and if a pedestrian isn't paying attention they can get hit the eye. This was first reported in February 2013. Council is referred to Section 57 of the Highways Act.
