Abandoned barriers lying across pavement causing trip hazard

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category by Peter Martin at 22:54, Wed 28 December 2022 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

These barriers were placed there some while ago; they've fallen over and are causing a trip hazard. They were placed there to stop a gap in the permanent railings but they fail in doing that. They should be removed.
