Hi, As you can see from the uploaded photos, the black Mercedes car is parked illegally. The car owner always park his car in the same position every day around 1645. It’s clearly obstructing the pedestrian walking and the road in Town Street, Chapel Allrton, Leeds . I wonder if you can patrol this area during this hours after 3 o’clock till 5:30. Thank you for your time.
