Dog bag dispensers

All the dog bag dispensers are empty are all empty and need replenishing. They are a great way and ideal way of reducing dog fouling and the water park but are only effective if they are replenished

    ESBC should be maintaining them but they haven’t been replaced for months. That’s probably why dog fouling has increased.
