Man hole cover

Sent to Norfolk County Council and Norwich City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4057943.

Since Monday the 19th I have tried to report the issue a man hole cover is not done right and now very car that goes over it pulls it up and it makes an horrid noise as a main road this happens all time of the day and night ! Please can this be fixed as not only a noise issue but also a danger to road users
