Camper van blocking the walkway

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later

The campervan is located in the middle of the street and is parked right up tight to a lamppost so you are FORCED to step out onto the road to get around which is unacceptable if pushing a pram like myself or have a wheelchair. To make matters worse the campervan is quite often plugged in so there is a trailing lead from the opposite side of the road which is also a hazard.

You can tell it doesn't move as there are small sink holes where water collects on the pavement where the vans wheels are.
