It is now 9 weeks since this pothole was originally reported and STILL nothing has been done. Bromley Council please explain this unacceptable delay, which also applies to the many other potholes on Crofton Lane.

Thank you for your update, At the time of inspection a separate area was raised for repair which has been completed as requested by our contractor. Additional defects reported which did not meet the London Borough of Bromley were regularly monitored and further repairs were referred to our contractor which remain outstanding and is awaiting completion. We apologise for the delay.

You said that the repair of this pothole was referred to your contractor on 29 December. It is now 9 weeks later. Why have you not taken action to ensure that this repair is completed within the published service standard? This situation is not acceptable.
