Due to uneven surface puddles form on pavement which is resulting in pedestrians stepping on to my driveway. This has resulted in my driveway being damaged

Please note that the pavement between No.15 and 17 Sherwood Way is uneven and due to the roots from a nearby tree, the paving stones and tarred pavement is now unstable. This a trip hazard for anyone walking on this section of pavement and particularly for the elderly.

Please specify the address regarding the initial report made re. puddling on pavement as none is apparent where indicated. A separate report for the additional and unrelated issue at 15-17 Sherwood Way will be raised and actioned by LBB.

To help us action and resolve this issue please could further information be provided as comments to this report. For example information such as a house number or street light column number can greatly help us to correctly identify the location while further details such as the nature and scale of an issue (especially dumped rubbish) assists us co-ordinating an appropriate response.
