Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4051202.

The traffic lights coming downhill to the junction at certain times of the day only let 2 cars through at a time. All other directions get much longer. There is a constant queue up the hill all the way up to the slip road everyday
