Four streetlights not working here

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4050031.

Streetlights adjacent to no.17 (the rest are illegible) have not been working here for about ten (10) years.

Norfolk Highways and their contractors have continually failed to fix these lights which means they have failed their own service guarantee many times.
