Tree roots have lifted the tarmac on the footpath, cycleway between Newtown Road & Station Approac. This is now a H & S hazard.. Whilst we are still awaiting a response from OCC regarding the cycleway /footpath ... letter sent to Paul Fermer dated 14 Nov and subsequent telephone call on 14 Dec plus reports to fix my street. Invesco are now proposing to commence works and would like to close the footpath /cycleway from 1st Feb 2023. SODC planning have confirmed this needs to be agreed with OCC
