Very large pothole on Mill Chase Road

The pothole has been previously repaired about 2 weeks ago,The repair has failed again and is now twice the size it was when it originally appeared 2 years ago.It’s getting dangerous and is unavoidable due to cars parking on the other side of the road. This is outside the entrance/exit of Hollywater school, Bordon.
