Enfield council refusal to empty bins, clean streets and collect fly tip from multi occupancies in public bins and beside all along Bourne Hill

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4048513.

For two years now the council refuse to empty the public bins on Bourne Hill or clean the long B road which is filthy from multi occupancy fly tips. I am meeting a counsellor there tomorrow to evidence all public bins filled and over spilling two weeks in now to date.
