Cars driving along grass verge.

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 18:02, Tue 20 December 2022

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4047969.

The lowest section of Hurst Avenue is effectively single line traffic due to double yellow lines on one side and parked vehicles on the other side. Due to a tree not being replaced by the council after it was knocked down by a vehicle, cars are now repeatedly mounting the pavement at No8 driving along the grass verge and then coming off again at No2. This has turned the once grass verge into a muddy quagmire. Large delivery vans add to the mud everywhere by parking on the verge to make deliveries.
