An untaxed vehicle with no MOT is once again blocking the path and cycle lane along the Chertsey Road near junction of Temple Gardens.

This was there a while ago then disappeared but has again showed up.

Not sure if this is abandoned but is completely blocking the pathway causing me to have to walk around it in the very busy road.
