Hi I live in 33 Cymric Buildings Cf105LL I have owned it for over 15 years now Myself and other people living in the block of apartments have complained about the tenant in 43 Cymric Buildings It is constantly noisy without any thought or care to other inhabitants of the building I wish to log this report and hopefully something can be done about the anti social behaviour of the person in flat 43 Thank you Julian
