Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4044037.

Rubbish clearance was scheduled Friday, looks like not all Black Wheelie Bins were emptied, Numbers 3, 14, 16, 18 and Findon Road, Edmonton N9 needs emptying as black bags are overflowing, please can we arrange this.
