  • Emergency attention required As already reported, tree between 25/27 Leamington Avenue BR15BJ has become extremely dangerous and needs emergency attention. Tree has split in x3 different places, with top being precariously balanced, tree branches are tangled into overhead cables, tree roots have broken and destroyed pavement. Tree is now on an acute angle and is very unstable making it unsafe to park cars and access/egress to 27/29 Leamington Ave.

  • Dear team, I’ve received an update (16/01/23) stating the this has been ‘fixed’? Could you please elaborate, as I’ve yet to see anyone attend to this problem and the issues remain:

Tree trunk badly split in x3 places, tree leaning at acute angle, branches entangled in overhead cables, roots broken through pavement. Tree now overbalanced and moving precariously.

    Thank you.
