Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4042365.

Neighbour from 19 westoe road reserve parking puting waste bin on road. When I removed the bin to park my car I guy come out fighting me, Case reported to Police reference CAD 4397/10Dec22.

Would be interested to know if Enfield Council will do anything about this. We have someone doing that here (N18 1EL) all the time and I gave up reporting it to the council FIVE YEARS AGO as I didn't even get a response about it!!! Will EBC be taking any action or just issuing 'a notice'????
