The drains clearly have not been cleared for months they are completely full of dirt. When it rains the water running down the hill becomes a torrent that splashes onto people and buildings. The water should be going down the drains but they are blocked. This makes already dangerous driving conditions hazardous. The pavements have worn away and drivers are speeding. Please clear out before there is an accident
