Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4041822.

Live rats all over this car park & in amongst food premises. Car park is very dirty full of rubbish especially to the north side of the car park at the end of Syston St. West. Dysart Way also very dirty & no street cleansing. You need to send Environmental officers as well as street cleaning.

Updates

Leicester is getting more & more dirty. If the council do NOT clean the streets how can people expect any private owners of land to cleanup. ENFORCE HEALTH & SAFETY aka ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS.
