Rubbish all over the pavement & grass verges & among bushes

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4041813.

Whole area is dirty & obvioulsy does not get street cleaning . Pavement dirty, grass verges have litter, litter in among bushes & under trees. Attracting RATS. NB rats actually seen in the car park beling to Falcoln premises.

  • Leicester is getting more & more dirty. If the council do NOT clean the streets how can people expect any private owners of land to cleanup. ENFORCE HEALTH & SAFETY aka ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS.

    Tree rubbish all over pavement where there is a crossing out side,133 & 131 Wyngate Drive LE3 0UW.Some one slipped on the tree rubbish this morning not hurt, but someone will. The tree does not look to good.
