Traffic light sequencing

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4038491.

Only letting approx 3 cars through from town centre direction. Causing traffic build up back to near the top of Cressingham road Going to green for approx 10 seconds before turning amber and red again. Coming from shinfield direction issue is not happening.
