Sequencing issue

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4038003.

When going out of Reading towards halls lane the lights are only letting a couple of cars through. However opposite way or cars coming out of elm road approx 12-15 cars get to go through.

Creating havoc on the Shinfield road.
