Driving along from hardwick Village to the A43 this dip causes regular damage to vehicle despite driving at reduced speed. Looks like it has been attempted to be repaired a long time ago without success. Needs urgent levelling out to stop vehicle damage. Entire road between hardwick and a43 is in very poor state and a road inspection would be highly appreciated by local residents and farmers.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding this section of Hannington Road, we are pleased to confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
