Bins are left out every week for days on end blocking other peoples driveways and pathways. On public path also making wheelchairs and pushchairs unable to get past. Not even outside their own drive/house. EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Usually takes 4 days minimum to remove off the street. Been 48 hours so far.
