Obstructing loading bays

The loading unloading bays,and double yellow lines directly outside the post office,are been continuously abused by vehicles that shouldn’t be using them.

As a delivery driver,I can never get parked outside of the post office because of these vehicles.

I have tried to explain this to vehicle owners if I see them,and explain how difficult they make deliveries to the post office,and other businesses,but all I usually get is a shrug of the shoulders,or the usual abusive outburst.

In all the years I have been delivering to this post office,I have never once seen any parking enforcement taking place.
