Rubbish incorrect / dmanged

Rubbish put outside on wrong day day.and in incorrect rubbish types of bin. Damages caused and no going all over the street. This property is rent on a short-term serviced accommodation airbnb permanently. They're paying council tax and not business rates and we have complained about this several times and they beans continue to be left causing nuisance and aggravation to the neighbourhood
