Damaged bollard

Damaged bollard near streetlight CP2. As my wife walked around the rear of the car she caught her foot against this damaged bollard which resulted in losing balance and was flung to the ground narrowly avoiding hitting her head against the next car and its bollard. Was badly shaken up but no visible injuries as yet. Please, please can you replace this bollard before someone else sustains more serious injuries. The ‘stump’ of the bollard has a jagged edge and a solid metal inner.
