Flytipping on Lavender Hill

Two bags of rubbish have been dumped on Lavender Hill near the large oak tree. One is a large black bag the other is a smaller bag. The rubbish is being dumped there because there a lot of oak leaves on the pavement where the Council has not picked them up. This makes it difficult for people to walk along the pavement there. It is also a potential health hazard as dirt and rubbish is accumulating.
