The house on the corner of Aldersbrook road and Empress avenue has garage gates that open onto the pavement area, as each gate is over a metre wide they cover the whole pavement and pedestrians are forced to walk in the road.This is a hazard particularly when there are children or disabled people. This house is now up for sale and the new residents should be aware that this should not be allowed as it has been converted to flats so the gates may well be used more frequently
