Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4019673.

Leaf blower man has cleared 4 houses of leaves on footpath left 4 house cleared another 4 houses and continued this pattern WHATS THE POINT! Waste of time and no help to pedestrians. This footpath has more trees than Heathwood road but not maintained for safety. It probably has more footfall than Heathwood Road, plus the brambles has only been cleared in sections too, what are they playing it? Pointless doing bits, must be contractors eh?
