Pothole - not repaired as advised

Good afternoon,

I reported a pothole at this location recently under enquiry number 891210. I have had an email notifying me that repair works have been carried out but this is not the case and the pothole is still there. There are actually two large and deep potholes (at least 6 inches across and several inches deep) which urgently need repair work as this is an accident waiting to happen.
