18" x 18" failed pothole repair exposed ironworks

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4017856.

Temporary repair has now failed and exposed ironworks and deep hole around it forcing cyclists and traffic out across the centre line right in front of a junction and at crest of hill just to avoid it.
