Sewage some, rats

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4016588.

When visiting a friend on 15 Westmoreland Street there was a very strong sewage smell in the building and despite contacts to the landlord there has been nobody to see this for a whole week. My concern is that young children live in the building and they could be exposed to dangerous unsanitary conditions.
