Rubbish on verge.

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4008883.

Now the vegetation is dying back, there is what looks like a bed base, on the verge almost outside the Cole Green Recycling Centre!!
