Accident on bike

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4008353.

Vehicle mounted the pavement despite bike on cycle lane causing bike in front to emergency brake with no notice resulting in me crashing my bike into the bike ahead. Not five minutes later and a lorry mounts the pavement again. This is happening far too frequently and needs wand protection to stop vehicles doing this. This is also a spot where despite there being a lot of parking nearby motorists feel it's vital to be right outside the premises and park in the cycle and pedestrian pavement.
