Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4007255.

If you travel to Tewin along the Hertford Road on your left marked by two cone is a large amount of asphalt and pallets. I was not if the cones were put there by your operatives however I didn't see a sign saying East Herts so thought I should still report it
