There is a car parked on Uppingham Road (A47) on the main road right near a pedestrian crossing. Cars are having to slow down to overtake the vehicle. Causing long delays down Uppingham road and Spencefield lane. The car appears to be just parked there and has been there all day.. causing an issue as lorries and busses both pass by
