Drainage and tree issues

We are residents of Radcliffe Road and have a continual problem with flooding of the road. This means we have to frequently go out to clear the drains to prevent risk of flooding to our houses as well as making the road and pavements passable. We are over 60 and do not see this as our job. Please see photos below that show the flooding today (23 November). This is also compounded by the drain by the bus stop at the top of the road continually running with water, even in dry spells, and this runs down Radcliffe Road. The drain at the junction of Nixon Road and Radcliffe Road also gets blocked and overflows down to our lower part of the road.
We also have trees on the green opposite our houses that are no longer tended to by the council. These drop leaves which block the drains (particularly at this time of year) and also the shoots from the trunks which go down to ground levels are not cut back, stick out into the road and catch on cyclists.

Thank you for your report. Our drainage team will be attending to clear out the gullies around this area by the green. They will clear the gullies and report back if there is any issue which may need further investigations. Regarding the gully on the main Iffley road, you may need to raise another fix my street in the location of that gully with further information, and it will go to the correct team (Oxfordshire highways).
I have also forwarded on this report to Oxford City Tree team and they have replied to say that the trees here have been inspected this year and have been put forward for some general cut back and crown lifting. This will be done as part of their routine maintenance.
