Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4005728.

As you can see the cones are deep inside the hole and it will cause a serious accident in the night because there isn’t enough light ; and also if it get flooded it will be submerged. Just to let you know that it has been more then a week in that condition
