Leaves and litter

Thank you for your recent Winter newsletter on Environment Matters. I was amazed to read “800 miles of pavement cleared every other week” as Turners Meadow rarely has the pavement cleaned.
The main problem is the corner as your come around the SPA carpark. There is mountains of rubbish and leaves collecting there and then most of it comes through the railings onto the pavement and the road. Is it possible that something can be done to clear all the rubbish and leaves from their side?? I don’t know who is responsible for it. Even this morning as I came past I saw a bag of rubbish dumped the other side of the railings.
Many thanks

Thank you that the pavement, around the corner where the SPA is, was cleaned and also the leaves in the kerb that side too (but not the leaves the other side of the road). However, all the many years of leaves and rubbish the other side of the railing has not been touched. Some of those leaves are now coming through - as usual.
