Terrible footpath surface and flooding

Reported via iOS in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 21:54, Tue 29 November 2022

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4004033.

Both ends of the approach to the underpass have many loose and uneven large concrete slabs. They lift up and flick up water and debris when walked over. Large slabs are not the best surface for this area especially since the recent flooding of this area meaning the by pass is totally unsafe and not accessible at all. It is like a chance game of tomb raider trying to walk along this footpath.
