Been years now. Fire hazard and becoming a dumping ground. Tree grows up the flats above. Has to be cut out window by tenants above. Resident of overgrown garden has fire brigade out regularly as he drinks and smokes drugs and has had a fire start or had the smoke alarms set off numerous times now endangering everyone in that building.
