Sent to Harborough District Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4002391.

Sunken manhole cover. I reported this in I believe in August, still waiting to be fixed. It is causes a lot of noise and vibration through the buildings. Someone came out to assess it in August or September and paint was sprayed onto the cover, obviously to mark it for repairs. Now paint has been washed of due to the weather and traffic, Now it seems to be forgotten about.
