External satellite dish in conservation area

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 40018.

Satellite dishes in conservation areas have to be installed to the rear of the property, but this one has been mounted on the street face and is unsightly and ugly.
