Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4000895.

Poorly maintained and difficult to differentiate between grass and pavement - covered in leaf litter so when it is frosty this is so slippy to walk on - it is a broken hip waiting to happen, especially on the hilly part.
