Sent to Eastleigh Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3998219.

Not enough parking available to residents on Cox Row. Parking now occurring on grass verge, Cox Row green space & numerous 'blocking in's' with residents reversing into & hitting other residents vehicles and not owning up.
